Objectives
The course provides students with an advanced level of legal training. It encompasses elements of fundamental legal culture and
principles, both on a national and international scale and teaches students the skills needed to draft various types of legal documents
(regulatory, negotiatory and judicial) including learning how to use the technological tools currently available.
The Laurea Magistrale also instructs students on how to analyse, interpret and evaluate legal questions.
Career opportunities
The Second Level Degree in Law (Magistrale) is conferred after a period of five years study and after completing a specialization or a
period of practical traineeship experience, the student may embark on the career of lawyer, notary or judge. The degree also leads to
high level legal work in socio-economic or political fields. A graduate can gain a career in a public institution, in private companies,
both in Italy or internationally or in a union/syndicate. He can act in the field of computing law, international and EU law. The year
practical experience can be substituted with a recognised specialization after completion of the Second Level Degree in Law
(Magistrale).
Please note
A student can trasfer onto the Second Level Degree in Law (Magistrale) from Company Legal Expert Degree Course or from the
Specialized Degree in Law.
