Management, Finance and International Business is part of the International programme of the University of Bergamo and is organised in two Master courses taught in Italian and in English.

Objectives
This course analyses the interrelationships between the areas of finance and multinational firms. In a context of growing international competitiveness, the ability to recognize new market opportunities, to quickly adjust a corporate strategy to adapt to change in business practices and to find the best opportunities to finance international diversification and growth is a recognized skill.
The aim of this course is to develop these sets of abilities with a particular focus on a thorough understanding of the economic, financial and legal context of international business.
Students will develop a deep knowledge of:

  • Managerial issues companies have to face when expanding internationally
  • Multinational companies organizations
  • International financial markets in which business are run.

Career opportunities
This programme provides multinational companies with graduates who combine management skills, foreign languages and cross- cultural competencies.
The course will be of interest to graduates seeking careers in:

  • Multinationals companies
  • Import/export companies
  • Domestic and international financial organizations
  • Domestic and international banks.

International students admission
In order to be admitted to the master's degrees (second cycle) taught in English applicants should have a knowledge of English language level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Applicants who didn't submit the relevant certificate with the pre-application shall be asked to pass an English language test. Applicants should also submit to an individual interview in order to test if they satisfy the admission requirements.
