The Research Centre operates at University of Bergamo, in the Department of Engineering. It conducts surveys, studies and research analyses with focus on Logistics Design, Operations Management and After-Sales Service management.

The Research Group is an active member of the Supply Chain Council, an international organization made by research institutes and industrial companies for the development and diffusion of SCOR, CCOR and DCOR reference models|
