The "Lelio Pagani" Centre for Territorial Studies (CST) is an University Centre of excellence located in the historical base of Bergamo University: the Casa del Podest&arave; veneto (House of the Venetian Head of Town), in piazza Vecchia.

The Centre represents a place for pure and applied research, learning, consulting in a range of studies. The territory is its proper vocation, under several points of views:

• environment
• landscape
• town-and-country planning
• historical-cartographical-iconographical studies
• geographic information system (GIS)
• cultural events and researches

Many collaborations are operative with Bergamo's local and county administrations, alongside several territorial institutions, local authorities and private and public companies.
