The Department of Information Technology and Mathematical Methods promotes research and didactics for the Faculty of Engineering in the areas of Statistics, Pure and Applied Mathematics and wide sense Information Technology.
The related multi disciplinary competence covers both theoretical research and technology transfer with special focus for local private and public stakeholders.
The Department is an associated member of the Ph.D. School in Mechatronics, Information Technology, New Technologies and Matematical Methods - Bergamo University, and the Ph.D. program in Methodological and Applied Statistics - Milano Bicocca University.
