The Department of Engineering was created in 2012, as a result of the renaming and reorganisation of the earlier Departments of Design and Technology, of Economics and Technology Management, of Industrial Engineering and of Information Technology and Mathematical Methods. The Department is engaged in qualified conference activities and produces working papers. The Department hosts PhD programs (Economics and Management of Technology; Mechatronics, Information Technology, New Technologies and Matematical Methods; Technology for Energy and Environment Technology) and Research Centres (CELS - Research Centre on Logistics and After-Sales Service e COGES - Centre on Innovation and Knowledge Management). |
