DegreeThe First Level Degree is conferred after three academic years, having gained a total of 180 cfu/ECTS credits by passing the exams required by the study plan. AdmissionAdmission to Italian Universities is possible only if the student holds a Diploma di Maturità ("A" Levels/Higher School Certificate) gained after 5 years at a high school. Entry testsStudents enrolled in the first year of the Degree Course in General Arts are
required to have reached a level of proficiency Italian Language and Literature, History and General Knowledge. Self-testsStudents can also take the relevant on-line self-test. Latin LanguageThe Faculty of Human Sciences has organised a preparatory course in Latin Language to help students with no previous specific background in
the language to reach the necessary level of linguistic knowledge. It offers elementary Latin and is
aimed at students who have never studied the language. The 60-hour course involves four hours of
lessons every day. | |||

DegreeEach Specialist Degree course lasts two years. The Specialist Degree is conferred after gaining a total of 300 cfu/ECTS credits, including 180 gained in the three-year degree course and 120 gained in the two-year Specialist degree course, and after passing the final exam.
