The Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 November 2006, establishing an EC action programme in the field of continuous learning or Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) has replaced and integrated under a single umbrella the previous Erasmus and Leonardo da Vinci programmes which ran between 1995 and 2006.

The new programme brings the SOCRATES and LEONARDO DA VINCI programmes together under one roof, expanding the Erasmus actions to include TS mobilty and cover new areas such as student placements in enterprises abroad (transferred from the Leonardo da Vinci programme).

Detailed information regarding all actions, including the calls to submit applications, will be posted on the notice boards around the university and under Links and Documents present in the relevant webpages of the International Office.

Il Programma d'azione comunitaria nel campo dell'apprendimento permanente, o Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP), istituito con decisione del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio il 15 novembre 2006, ha sostituito, integrandoli in un unico programma, i precedenti Socrates e Leonardo attivati dal 1995 al 2006.

Il programma raggruppa al suo interno le precedenti azioni dei programmi Socrates e Leonardo, in particolare, l'inclusione della mobilità dei docenti (TS Mobility) e, novità assoluta, i tirocini per studenti (Student Placement) presso imprese e organizzazioni all'estero (ex programma Leonardo da Vinci), nelle azioni Erasmus.
