ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Entrepreneurship course aims at analyzing the Entrepreneurship phenomena from different perspectives. The course is mainly practically oriented and the final output is a business plan; theoretical and methodological basis to understand Entrepreneurship will also be given. Basis for the new knowledge is a set of lessons, case studies and entrepreneurs guest seminars.
The course moves deliberately between strategic, organizational and managerial issues, exploring a number of synergies with the management courses of Strategic Management and Management of Multinational Companies.
The course drills down the basics of how to write a successful business plan to explain what a business plan is and why do we have to write one. In addition the course will deal with what investors like and dislike and it will propose an outline of the content that a business plan should include.
The business plan will be prepared along the course; at the end the students will pitch their ideas to a panel of entrepreneurs, angel investors and venture capitalists. The panel will influence the final grade.
