Fabio Previdi was born in Milano, Italy, on 22 August 1968. He received the M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (Control Systems) and the Ph.D. in Computer Science and Control Systems Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in in 1993 and in 1999, respectively.
In 1999-2000 he was Research Assistant at the Centre for Systems and Control of the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, University of Glasgow (UK). In 2000-2002 he was Research Assistant at the Dipartimento di Elettronica e Informazione, Politecnico di Milano (Italy). In 2002-2006 he was Assistant Professor at the Engineering Faculty of the Università degli Studi di Bergamo. From 2006 he is Associate Professor at the same University.
His research interests include fault diagnosis, system identification, control of biomedical systems and application of control systems methods in physics.
