I am associate professor of Economics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bergamo and Head of the Bachelor degree in Economics at the same University.
I am also IZA research fellow, elected member of the board of the Italian Society of Labour Economics (AIEL) and member of the board of the Centre for Young and Family Enterprise (CYFE) at the University of Bergamo.
I am an applied labour economist, with almost 25 years of research experience spanning from labour economics to economics of education, from gender differences to evaluation of public policies, both in national and international projects.
My current research topics include: peer effects in education; gender differences in the labour market; entrepreneurial education and skills; firm’s adjustment to demand shocks.
