Health Econometrics plays an important role in supporting health and social care policy programs. The Summer School in Applied Health Econometrics and Health Policy (AHEHP) aims to bring together economists, statisticians, econometricians, healthcare managers and scientists to discuss the adoption of statistical and econometric methods to address issues in the field of healthcare and to explore the relationship between research in health care and policy making.

Graduate students attending the Summer School will get 6 ECTS credits counting for their Degree Master in Management Engineering, Università degli studi di Bergamo. Students of other Universities or attending other programs will get a certificate that the School accounts for 6 ECTS credits. The School has 8 hours lectures and Econometric labs per day, and 20 hours of individual homework.
