What are the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)?
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) are part of the Horizon Europe programme (Pillar 1 - Excellent Science) with the purpose of funding projects for researchers training and mobility.
The main aim of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions is to ensure up-to-date and excellent training for researchers as well as to facilitate career opportunities by supporting mobility in all sectors and disciplinary areas.

The University of Bergamo invites expressions of interest for a joint application under the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship funding programme.
We hereby invite top-class researchers of any nationality, after having obtained a PhD degree and up to eight years of research experience, to apply for an EU-funded Marie Skłodowska Curie Action Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF-2024) to conduct research at Bergamo University for a period of 12-24 months.
The aim of the expressions of interest call is to identify potential international candidates across a number of pre-determined research themes with the required profile to work with us through to submission of a full application to the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowships scheme.

The University of Bergamo, through the International Research Office, will support interested researchers in submitting their application.
Steps and deadline: please complete the personal data form by 30th April 2024.
Please be aware that you’ll be requested to fill in the form and attach:
- 2-page summary of your research proposal;
- complete and updated CV (max. 2 pages plus full list of publications);
- motivation letter.
In the case in which the potential supervisor will accept, the University of Bergamo will provide you full support in writing a successful proposal. Moreover, we will offer the possibility to discuss the details of the proposal and meet the supervisor.
