The event will be dedicated to the comparative analysis of three distinct experiences in the establishment of legal entities within European Alliances.
The participation of qualified representatives from the Circle U. (University of Pisa), UNITA (University of Turin), and ECIU University (University of Trento) alliances will ensure a comparative analysis of significant relevance, which will also be open to international partners of the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance and other interested institutions.
The program will be structured to offer a detailed analysis of the following crucial aspects: the motivations and criteria that guided the choice of the various legal forms adopted; the operational and governance aspects of the entities established; the methods of financing and economic sustainability; the strategic functions and operational opportunities offered by the various solutions implemented.
